Holiday Boardings
At Suite Life Pet Resort & Spa, our employees are paid overtime for spending major holidays away from their families. Because of this, we charge an additional $10.00 per suite per night on specified holiday dates. If you board multiple pets in a single suite, your nightly fee only goes up by $10.00 for the suite per night. Our holiday fee is NOT priced per dog or cat, only per suite. After-Hours Pickup Fee & Policy
If an owner would like to pick up or drop off their dog outside of our normal business hours, they will first need to make an appointment for a specific time upon reservation. There will be an additional $45.00 after-hours fee added to the bill to accommodate our staff members who have to be sent to our facility.
If an after hours appointment is scheduled for drop-off or pick up and no staff is available, please call our business number at 325-704-5460 and our on-call staff member will meet you at the facility. Please allow at least 30 minutes for our staff member to arrive.
When is considered "After Hours?"
Our office is closed all day Sunday. Pick up or drop off times must be scheduled and the "after hours" fee will be applied to any pick up or drop off done on Sunday. Drop off and pick up times are 8:00 am to 7:00 pm.
On Saturdays, drop off and pick up during the hours of 2:01 pm-7:00 pm are considered after hours. Pick up or drop off times must be scheduled and the "after hours" fee will be applied to these pickups or drop offs.
After-hours also include any Holiday closures such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.
