*Suite Life Pet Resort will only add a difficulty charge when a pet is especially hard to handle or aggressive during the grooming or bathing process. Our staff is trained to handle difficult pets and is very hesitant to add this charge. Difficulty charges are only added after deliberation between our bather, groomer and on-duty manager. We do not offer cat grooming.
